As DeCola Windows + Doors enters an exciting new chapter, Angelo’s three sons, Michael, Andrew, and Adam, are leading the way. Raised around the business, they carry forward the values their father and uncle built it on: quality products, strong relationships, and unwavering customer service. At the same time, they’re evolving the company for today’s homeowners and builders, focusing on innovation, expanding product offerings, embracing energy-efficient solutions, and exploring the latest trends. By blending tradition with progress, the next generation continues the family legacy, delivering trusted service and premium quality.
Angelo has been in the window and door industry since 1985 when he graduated with a college diploma in Architectural Technology. He opened DeCola Windows + Doors in 1993 with his brother, Paul. Angelo has been happily married for over 35 years and is the proud father of three young men, all who now work with him. He is aiming to cut back on his working hours, but is still helping out with sales, service, training, and any other task he sees fit. He is an avid Maple Leafs fan.
Contact MePaul started DeCola Windows + Doors with his brother, Angelo, in 1993, and they have since grown it into the premier window and door brand. Working together, they have grown the business into the top high-end window and door supplier in Simcoe County, Collingwood, and Muskoka.
Contact MeBorn and raised in Coldwater ON, Michael spent 8 years in Toronto for school and work in both the private and public sectors. He decided to join the family business in early 2017. He now runs operations and does whatever is needed to keep things running smoothly. Michael enjoys spending time at the cottage in the summer, watching the Leafs, and cooking/eating food.
Andrew graduated from the University of Toronto in 2015 and jumped right into the family business after completing his undergrad. Andrew started in the warehouse sweeping floors and sorting window parts. He learned quickly and soon jumped into a sales position, looking after new construction and replacement projects of all sizes. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys playing hockey, spending time at his family cottage, and riding his motorcycle.
The youngest of Angelo’s three sons, Adam started working full time for the business in 2018. He has a keen eye for detail, which helps him meet and exceed his client’s expectations. When he is not busy spending time with his 3 daughters, he enjoys the outdoors, playing hockey, golfing, and traveling.
Karen has been lovingly supporting DeCola Windows + Doors ever since her husband, Angelo, decided to open the business with his brother, Paul. She started working in the office in 2005 so she could spend more time with her husband Angelo, and now her three sons as well. She makes sure no invoice goes unpaid, whether it’s from a customer or a supplier. She loves spending time with her three granddaughters.
Adam joined the DeCola team in 2023, specializing in sales and service coordination for high-quality windows and doors. Growing up in Midhurst, he is a familiar face in the community and can often be found playing live music at Flying Monkeys Brewery. Off the clock, Adam is an avid golfer, hockey player, and pickleball enthusiast who is driven by competition and community.
Rod is from the Cookstown area where he grew up playing hockey and riding bikes in the summer and sleds in the winter. He enjoyed working on the farm for many years before making the move to the window and door industry. He brings almost 20 years of expert service, warehouse management, and shipping and receiving to the DeCola team. Rod enjoys spending his spare time building and racing snowmobiles on the ice and water.
A lifelong resident of the South Georgian Bay area, Josh brings a deep understanding of the area's homes and a passion for quality craftsmanship to the DeCola team. Josh joined DeCola in January of 2025 after many years of experience in the building materials sales industry, and with a desire to work for a family owned company focused on their clients' experiences. Josh resides in Collingwood with his wife and dog, and during his time off enjoys all sports, including his beloved Maple Leafs.
